माकपा महासचिव सीताराम येचुरी के बेटे की गुरुवार को कोविड-19 के कारण मौत हो गई. उनका गुरुग्राम के एक निजी अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा था.
येचुरी ने इस बारे में जानकारी देते हुए ट्वीट किया और कहा, "बहुत दुख के साथ मैं सूचित कर रहा हूं कि मैंने आज सुबह कोविड-19 के कारण अपने बड़े बेटे आशीष येचुरी को खो दिया है. मैं उन सभी लोगों को धन्यवाद देना चाहता हूं जिन्होंने हमें आशा दी. सभी डॉक्टर, नर्स, फ्रंटलाइन कर्मचारी जिन्होंने उनका इलाज किया साथ ही स्वच्छता कार्यकर्ता और असंख्य लोगों को भी जो हमारे साथ खड़े थे."

आपको बता दें कि आशीष येचुरी एक अखबार के लिए काम करते थे और कोविड से संक्रमित होने के बाद उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था.
